
- Aluminum Foil Rubber-Plastic Composite Insulation Material

adopts the global latest rubber and plastic modifying technology, introducing a permanent aluminum foil composite technology and equipment. It is an advanced type of rubber and plastic composite material for heat insulation. Its main raw materials are polyethylene and EPDM, without PVC therefore low toxic, and smoke, safe and reliable. As an upgrade version of existing rubber/plastic foaming insulation material, its heat preservation ability is pretty well improved.
1、100% independent closed-cell structure
The material has 100% independent micro-air cell structure. The air cell's average diameter is only about 50μm.
2、Heat conductivity: 0.0327W/m·k(average temperature 10℃ ).
3、Moisture resistance factor ≥ 30000
(GB/T17794 -1999). Utilization of aluminum foil composite technology greatly improves the wet resistance ability.
4、Water absorption rate is 3%, and water absorption rate for outer layer of the insulation material is 0.
5、Surface thermal conductivity
The special surface of protruding grid structure increase its roughness which ends up with an improvement of heat exchange rate (10.00) by 20% , in comparison to other insulation material(8.14). This greatly helps to decrease the required thickness of the surface for anti- dewfall purpose.

Aluminum foil compound significantly slower the aging of the material, completely prevents the rubber’s cracking, which ends up in a great extension of its service life.

Its combustibility is in compliance with national standard of GB8624-1997B1. Its aluminum foil layer also effectively its fire-proof ability. It is free from toxin (no emission of HCN and HCN1 when combustion), qualifying grade ZA2 of GA132-1996 standard.
