    is rubber and plastic foaming heat preservation material with soft material, closed-bubble structure and good aging resistance performance that is foamed with special technology material by using nitrile rubber (NBR) and PVC as main raw material.
    This product can be widely used for various cold medium pipes of the industries and departments such as central air-conditioner, vehicle, ship, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc. and reaches the result of reducing cold and heat loss.

    1、Closed-bubble structure
    The production of is controlled with strict technology. The foaming rate of closed-bubble is more than 98 percent, and it effectively preventing the transmission of quantity of heat and the penetration of water vapour.

    2、Low Heating conductivity
    The Heating conductivity is detected to be 0.035w/m·k(0℃) and can maintain for long time.

    3、Moisture resistance factor shall be greater than and equal to 450
    (detected according to GB/T17794-1999 standard).

    4、Good fireproofing performance
    It meets Grade B1 inflammable material requirements of national standard GB8624-1997.

    5、Good aging resistance performance
    It improves traditional material prescription and greatly enhances the aging resistance performance of the material.

    6、Simple and quick installation
    The installation is simple and quick. It ensures the steam tightness of the whole system and pretty appearance.?
